Screenings & Immunizations IHS Public Health nurses and Standing Rock Diabetes Program will be at the Wakpala School on October 16-17 for our annual K-12th grade health screenings. Flu shots and other immunizations will be available for students with a signed consent form by their parent/guardian. Immunization consent forms were handed out at parent teacher conferences and sent home with their child last week. If you have any questions, please call the school nurse.
School Picture Day - Sept. 5, 2024 The Wakpala District has graciously decided to pay for the Basic picture package for ALL Wakpala Public School students again this year; a $19.99 value! Please complete the order form & have your child bring it to school with them on Thursday, September 5th. If you choose a package OTHER THAN the basic package, you must include payment for the difference. Thank you!

Volleyball On this Friday, August, 30th the girls' volleyball team opens their season at McLaughlin. There will be no JV game, only a varsity game, which will begin at 5:30 CST / 4:30 MT.
Cross Country Cross-Country practice for grades 7-12 will start Monday, August 19th at 3:30 pm. A completed physical must be returned before students can practice.
