The School food pantry will be open for parents and guardians Wed. & Thurs., Aug. 19th & 20th, from 8-12 pm.

The Wakpala School is currently looking to fill these positions. For more information, please contact Silas Blaine through email or by telephone.

The Wakpala School will begin registration for returning & new students starting on August 4th through the 6th from 9am to 2pm. For new students registering please remember to bring a certified birth certificate & immunization records. If applicable, please also bring certified degree of Indian blood & any custody agreements. The June 2nd School Board Election results were verified & a winner was declared. 52 ballots were cast of the 263 registered voters in our district. The official results are:
Grace Thompson - 12 votes
Wilma Steele - 17 votes
Verna Gone - 23 votes

Will be on Wednesday, May 20th in the school theater starting at 2:30pm.

There will be a early dismissal at 1:00pm on Thursday, May 21st, for all students on the last day of school. Have a safe & fun summer break!!
